Cancellation Policy:

Please understand that when an appointment is forgotten or cancelled without notice that I am sometimes unable to fill that appointment time. I kindly ask that, out of respect for both my time and the clients on my waiting list, you give at least 24 hours notice if cancelling your appointment. 

Cancellation Fee:

I will be asking for a credit card to have on file before you can book your appointment. In cases of no shows or cancellations without 24 hours notice, i will be charging a cancellation fee equaling 50% of the price of the service that you were booked for. 

You will not be charged on that card except for in the cases stated above. You may pay for your service in any way you like once in the salon. 

If I Cancel:

Your time is very important to me as well, and I feel it is only fair of me to offer you the same courtesy that I am asking. So, in a case where I must cancel your appointment without 24 hours notice, I will offer you 50% off of the service that was cancelled during your next appointment.
